Hi...can I know do u need sunlight for the plants you are growing now? My corridor got no sunlight n I'm gorwing chilli n basil n mint...how often do you water the plants?? still finding the correct ways to grow them...

hi there,
most of my growing area are sunny.

in fact, with few exceptions, vegetables n herbs do need sun to grow well. tat shd apply to ur basil, chiili n mint too.

how much to water deoends very much on the kind of plant, soil media used, and pot size. my tomatoes n cucumbes get water twice a day, all the rest once.

how did u find urself to my blog?

hi...I found your blog through 972's Yongmei's blog...so envy you can ve a sunny area to plant all these plants...I would lie to try tomato one day...my dad's tomato plant is growing so big...hope it bears tomato soon...

welcome :)
no need to envy me. even if there are sunny areas for planting, i will still have to struggle with filling up other areas tat see-no-sun. ornamental plants are probably the only options here. yongmei posted a few highly decorative plants (eg, fittonia) tat does not require much sunlight too.

good luck to your tomato.

love your kitty! i have a blue boy myself, he's more of a russian blue than a british blue. you're lucky that your kitty doesn't nom on greens! mine loves to munch on leaves (so no flowers and even money plant in the house!), but he hates the smell of durians!
[btw.. got linked here from somewhere in FB!]

Hi Pearly,
Your BlueBoy must be most gorgeous! Something about mystic, green eyes is so irresistable:)

I'm not so lucky afterall, since my kitty loves green, nom down my edible garden; and now i have to put up a blind to keep her out of the garden. Lol
