Urgent Help needed. Hi i recently bought a rosemary too, but after a few weeks, the leaves turn brown and the whole stem turn brown too now the rest of the leaves for my whole pot is slowly turning brown. is it i watered too much or the sun? (I tried shifting to a shady place but still no improvement)
If you got any recommendation, can email to me at hs2000@singnet.com.sg
hmm, guess tat depends on wat u meant by stems turning brown. in fact, Rosemary has woody stems.
leave tips browning could be too little water or too much sun. but if the leaves of the whole plant is shrivelling n drying up, then i think it shd be a major-problem now.
another two factors u need to consider to pinpoint the problem are soil used, and any presence of pests.
Hi Bryan, do not despair. many gardeners stay in highrise flats, and we are all able to 'throw out something';)
If herbs is what interest u, u may wanna be selective on the types that will thrive in your condition - not even one hour direct sunlight? - not direct but maybe very bright?
If u really want very much to have fresh herbs indoor, how abt setting up an indoor rack with GROWING LIGHTS?
